    Shana brings such a calming presence to meditation. I have an especially hard time with meditating but after her class, I feel wow just so peaceful. I can tell I feel better and better about relaxing after each session. She is pure earth and basically passes this from herself into each of us and to me. I was having a hard time focussing today and then BOOM you started talking and I was really feeling into my body, sensing my toes and it worked like a magic light-switch where I fell into this world where I didn’t need to know anything beyond listening to her voice. I experienced the utmost of relaxation.
